Search Engine That Searches For Websites By Category Then Sorts By Page Rank?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any search engines, websites, or programs for searching for websites based on their category; and then organizing the results by descending page rank?

I.e. Search for all websites that provide "moving truck rentals", and then sorting them by the highest page rank first? (And possibly a third demographic within a certain location?)

This doesn't exist because websites do not fall into neat little categories which can be sorted by page rank. A web design company would also usually fall into web development and maybe SEO, marketting, hosting, software provider, tutorial website etc..

Without black and white categories this cannot really work.
