Importing rss feed in drupal

The question is simple:
How can I import a rss feed to drupal?

I'm looking for something similar to sydication plugin for wordpress ... something that will look like this in the end http://www.couponcodevideo.com/ ( where each item in the rss becomes an article )
Do you know something like this?

If nobody beats me to it improving the aggregation module will be my next project after the node api, download page update, project module upgrade and phpdoc integration into Drupal. Too bad the code just doesn't write itself
