I am a raw beginner trying to create a website for my organisation, www.southwalespotters.org.uk and have bought a template via themeforest (Aurana) and partially populated it. I then realised that the portfolio section needed to work in a slightly different way – I want to be able to give site visitors the ability to SORT the portfolio pages according to the type of work eeach potter makes (in six different categories).
I also need to be able to list the members’ pages alphabetically.
I talked to the site author who offered to create an 'excel add-on' which would achieve just that – and I paid him for the work. But before he could start he fell seriously ill and sadly had to decline the development ( and gave me a refund).
I wonder if there is anyone else who might be able to undertake this work?
I can explian further if needed.
(I also bought a wordpress template thinking that this would be a better option but I am struggling to make this work, whereas I am getting on better with editing the html.)
