Hi, before I start I would like to say that I am not a member of staff, or working for VoltRank. I am just a regular user of it.
What is VoltRank
VoltRank, is a very simply tool that allows link-building between VoltRank members. It is fully automated and takes just a few minutes to setup. The idea is to climb the search engine ranks, not getting traffic. Basically it will create backlinks between all the users of it in your category and in return you share some link space on your website.
The more cached pages that you have on google the more 'Volts' (currency) you will obtain, thus meaning the more backlinks you will receive.

Downsides to VoltRank
Some people have reported being sandboxed by google because of generating a vast amount of backlinks on a new website. Another downside I have found is approval time for ad's and sites takes around 12 hours :( But I suppose this is good to stop spammers and such.
