Hi i do alot of club nights and promoting. I use Photoshop to create all my flyers etc, but iv recently decided to make a website which is now online up and running. Tbh its a bit daunting im still learning iv been using Dreamweaver. Anyways im here asking for your guys help to create this style of website i like how the menu interact with page http://www.wireclub.co.uk/ so if anybody could help with what i need to look into and what to do and best way to go about it etc would be much appreciated like i said i am a noob last time i built a site before this one was back in school using frontpage express yonks ago lol so be kind :)

Those are very simple menus, which confirms that you're a noob. That is no problem at all, but you should start with a normal course in manual HTML & CSS coding. I would recommend http://w3schools.com. Once you're through with that, you could continue with the 4 tutorials I wrote for the advanced students. See my signature page. The 4th tut will specifically show you how to create menus.
