View Full Version : Should I use javascript for forms/checklist?

Hi all,

I need to create an interactive checklist for work purposes. I currently work in an arts institution, so I would need different checklists for different venues. I am wondering if I should use html/css/javascript to create a form and then export it to a printable version, or use a pdf creator perhaps?

My only requirements are that it should be customizable, in the sense if they were to select Venue A, a list of options would come out. If they select Venue B, another list of options were to come out.

At the end of it all, it should result in a nicely arranged document that can be printed out.

What do you all recommend?
