Deals from hosting.uk and avansit.com are enticing for me and I have to make a right choice, so what should I do?

Use shared plans which hostingsource.com and theelector.com provide.
They are VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.

I think there are a lot of good companies to chose that from. You can have a look at: hostgator.com, kvchosting.net, bluehost.com, qhoster.com etc...
