Cheap servers from kvchosting.net and venois.net are to my liking and I have to pick out the best one for hosting a blog, so what should I do?

Cheap servers from hostingsource.com and theelector.com are worth trying.
Not to mention the support has been phenomenal, they are helpful and listen to any question even if they think it's silly.
