Allowing Client to Upload files?

My client wishes to have a 'client login' section of his site to display the flash and image files he has created for a client

Each client will be shown a seperate page based on the username/password provided.

They will then be shown a list of links, which will link to images and flash files (correctly sized). Admin users should be able to easily add files to this list of links (with no knowledge of html), and remove them as well - and also create accounts.

Does anyone know of any free, easy to install CMS programs that I could use to implement this?

It is important that flash files must be able to be displayed

Basically your looking at a gallery script that allows you to limit access to certain galleries to certain people. However, I'm not aware of any gallery scripts that support flash format files. This sounds like one your going to have to write from scratch.
