    Neopages down, Panamix up.

    Neopages was considered the best free hosting service available on the internet (and they were). Their SQL server crashed.
    Well guess what? They still are the best hosting on the net and if you put forth a half an effort to participating in the forums with the community you can get hosting. They are the only real free hosting service out there.
