Php Script log-in won't work

I installed some scripts at http://dhost.info/war/test/clanfate/

After I included extract($_POST); and extract($_GET); it started showing the member's page, ranking page, and I thought it had all come together but the log-in will not work!

If you want to try two log-in's they are Webmaster // 1234 and CiViLiZe]dP[ // jasmeet123 (case sensitive)

I can't see how else to fix it. Do any of you know what the problem could be?

Those both contain the code. I can't see any problem though.
