I need some help with the tables... I'm stuck, anyone have any suggestions? And help with my misformed table would be greatly appreciated.

I need to make a guest book, and an engine that allows people to send stuff to my e-mail via contact page. All I know is html. I have a php book at home. I'm using dreamweaver.

BTW: does anyone know a place where people can make me custom templates?
