Website Out of Whack!

Im having a problem with my website as you can see here:

In dreamweaver, everything is set up to fit and line up properly. When I view the site in internet explorer, all of my links to the left shift down (im using a table inside a layer) and for some reason the home search and luxury homes shift off the page with I use a right justification for those titles. In firefox, the links on the left line up but the rollover does not show. How can I correct this because im stumped.
sheesh.
