Dropdown menu over flash issue

Hi all,

I haven't posted in ages. But have been coming here to read every now and then.

Here is my problem.

I have a drop down menu that drops over a flash banner. It appears fine and good. BUT when the mouse go over the dropdown menu that is on top of flash, there seems to be a border on flash (dotted border as if we have mouseover an image). The border is gone on mouseout of the dropdown menu.

Problem 2: I noticed that now with dropdown menu over flash , I have to click twice on the menu to go to the menu location(href). Why?

I have seen questions on this but not an answer yet.

Pls help.
