not too bad! I think you need to take out the scrolling text alltogether... too distracting. Also take out the flashing rings and maybe just add a sparkle spot to them. Stop all animated gif buttons and things. The site has a nice layout, it just screams animated gif hell!! I would also do a simple flash intro that takes you into the site when it's done.. and the flash header at the top needs to be taken out or needs to have less movement.
As a chick though, I'm digging all the diamond pictures
