You need to add a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record to your DNS setup so that the domain name of the return address will match that of the mail server sending the email out. A lot of spam filtering looks at these two items to determine of something is probably spam, and as much of the spam has forged return addresses, they won't match the server. You can go to http://www.openspf.org/ for more information about what all this means and use their on-line wizard to compose the record you need to add to get this to work.
