cannot delete an email from outlook

I have an email that I cannot delete - it has the subject line of:

Emailing: Do you recall a man being band from a Internet dating site..

Whenever I try deleting it it crashes MS Outlook.

I have done full virus scans and adaware etc - nil result.

I just want to get rid of it!!

Ideas anyone???
