How do you open a file from IE 7 Browser?!

How do you open up your own html files from your computer in IE 7 without making it your default browser? I don't see anywhere that says file( ike they use to have or anything even remotely like that. Do I have to have it as my default web browser in order to check an html file? Thanks -elli

IE7 by default only has two menu bars across the top.

Open Tools on the bottom menu right side, click Menu Bar and you will have the third menu bar with File, Edit, View, Favorits, Tools, Help.

Then View/Source as you did with IE6. I t doesn't make any difference whether it is your default browser or not.
Code downloaded to my PC will be deleted in due course.
WIN7; IE9, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari for Windows; screen resolution usually 1366*768.
    Also IE6 on W98 with 800*600 and IE8 on Vista 1440*900.
