Youtube clone webhosting

I'm making a youtube clone and was wondering if anyone knows which hosting company would be good for starters.

I don't need to much space or bandwidth since I'm just experimenting with a Beta version...however the host must support flash streaming and also scripts ( ffmpeg, php, etc)
