    photoshop/fireworks question

I have a JPG image of a webpage a graphic designer did for work. One of my coworkers sent it to me asking me if I could edit it and change it around, but all I have is the original jpg. I don't have the photoshop file with all the layers. What is the best way to go about cutting parts out and changing them around. Is there any good way or do I need the original designed document?

uh no there isnt. depending in the graphic, you'd be pretty limited to what you can do with an image after its already been flattened. get the original png/psd file.
