Lightbox works offline but doesn't online !!!!!!

In fact, to be honest, I am sick of it. I have added a Javascript image preloader and yet it still takes about a minute to load the five or six optimized images, the lightbox doesnt work and my new host 'Dynadot' doesnt support CGI so im fkd for my formmail and am using Matt's wrip-off formmailhost.com
ANY advice gratefully received.
