    Best bang for buck web design program.

    Hi, can someone recommend the best web design program for someone on a budget. Free and user friendly is preferable but I can fork out a few quid and i'm pretty good behind a computer so exceptions can be made. I'd say cost is the biggest issue. cheers. I'll buy ya a pint!

    im not sure how much is your experience in website design but most starters use Microsoft FrontPage.

    It really depends on how much you know about web design codes or you want something that is "WYSWYG"
