Can someone tell me how to upload a VIDEO_TS AUDIO_TS movie.
I have the movie I need uploaded on a disc, and its in VIDEO_TS AUDIO_TS Format, what program should I use to convert this to a website stremable file? or a file I can throw up on youtube?
