I am building a site right now and the app is built with php & mysql and I need to find either a pre-built script that can convert an mp3 file to an m4a and wma file on upload. Does anybody know if there is anything open source out there that does that or can somebody give me some guidance as to how this is done? All help greatly appreciated.
