I purchased a domain name and now I want to have a website using that name. How do I do this?

If you have no coding knowledge, then consider a free web page template. Google "free web page templates".

Then you have to have a hosting service, which could be your domain name provider as a separate contract, or your ISP, but it is better to have a hosting service separate from your domain name provider and ISP. Ask friends which hosting service they use or Google Hosting Services and choose one from your own country to make payment and sorting out problems easier.

Then you need an FTP program to upload the web page code, or use the IE7 inbuilt FTP program.
