I have seen in many of the freelancer job sites that they need Craig's list ad poster, etc... What exactly is this ad posting job?

Will they give us the ads that we need to post? Just wondering. If not, where from does the ad posters find ads for posting in their site?

I guess the job would be to spend all day posting free ads for services... since you can only post 1 ad on a forum over a certain amount of time per account. I mean, free advertising, but someone's gotta do it.
