Hello all, I'm new to the forum here. I'm relatively new to web design altogether. I've got some experience with html, php, and mysql and I wish to get back into it and I've got a project in mind.
What I want to do is have a mysql database along with some php scripts running on my desktop locally before I upload it to a webserver, how can I configure windows to do so, is there a program I can download?
