Were i will be writing tutorials for flash and such.
still working on it , what do you think?

looks quite good. Colours are a tried and tested safe bet, but i think the main content is a bit too spaced out on the vertical axis.
I would collapse it a bit to reduce scrolling and perhaps add some distinction between the content column and the background.
