    Diverting root directory

I have my e-store on the root directory of my domain.

I would like to now divert all trafic temporarily to say instead of the root directory.

    Is this possible?

Yes it is possible, but why do you want to do that? You could use a 302 temporary redirect - but if its an estore there would be a lot of dynamic pages that could have links - I'm not sure how you could set that up to catch all those.
