Affiliate Website

Does anybody know where I can get a affiliate web program where website owners sign up to my site and upload their items to sell it through me..
The idea would be that my website will look something like Amazon but it is other websites that sells it through me then either they can pay me through my payment system or I can redirect them to the original site.
Does anybody know if there is something like this on the market and point me in the right direction.
