New page for my consulting firm

I know that some of my example work on the site is not XHTML/CSS compliant

I think the design looks okay.

A few quick comments:
- the white margin on the top of the page seems like a waste of space
- I think the font color on the nav bar should clearly standout, and the blue font fades into the blue gradient background
- homepage could use a picture!
- A little padding might look good on the right content box

Best mate! I'm redoing my site right now, I know it's not easy doing personal sites but what you have looks good, but I do think it needs some more work.
