Help with web page design..

Hi,

I want to build a web site that is similar looking to http://sportstracker.nokia.com

My question is:
How can I get the bitmaps and backgrounds that will enable my site to look the same as this?

I'm no expert and if I understand your question correctly, what I do is design how I want a page to look using something like CorelDraw or MS Image Composer. Once I have it looking the way I want it, then I chop it up into pieces and code it to fit. Basically, I start with a large image of the whole page and then chop it into a bunch of smaller images. As for inserting images such as the Sports Tracker, I just get rid of the background and stick it in.
