Looking for someone to design Web Page

Hi,
I am designing a web page and forum site. I have the flash map done and quite a few of the pages. I would prefer someone in florida that I could actually sit down with. I am in the Sarasota area but I would do it over the internet if I had to. The site is a flash entry page into a graph page that ultimately ends up in a forum. I need help with the design making it look professional and also uploading and designing it to work together. I am willing to pay for your help but do not have thousands to spend .
