    Just hosting??? A-records???

Need your help getting a site to work.

    The story:
    One company has the domain
    Another has the email
Im going to host the site

Given the company with the domain an A-record. Do I need to do anything else?

"A Name" (address) records link a your domain name to the IP address of the server; that is mydomain.com to 192.168.1.1. In addition you'll want at least one "C Name" (canonical) record to map www.mydomain.com to mydomain.com so that your domain name will work with or without the "www." part.

If you are running a mail server for the domain, then you'll need to set that up as well, otherwise you're done.
