Flash Header

okay i need to make a cool flash header something mostly simple but nice cause its for a church.

I need some ideas and some how to.

I looked online for flash tutorials but i cant find what i need to learn how to do.

I would like the links to be in the flash and i dont know how to make the text links. Maybe a picture that fades in or maybe a cross that sparles? maybe a sun that shines i dont know im not that creative.

Anyone have any ideas for a church flash header and where to learn the steps of how to do it.
