javascript (i think that is what it is called?) is showing up in search engine

Hello,
I am extremely new to web pages and do not know the names of things, so please forgive me. When I search for my website in a search engine the javascript shows up in the results. My actual home page also shows up also, but the next result is the javascript and my whole text document that for the web page.
I do not want to put the webpage address here as it is a company website, but if you think you can help please email me and I will reply through that so i can fix this problem asap.
