Here's the current site I'm working on.

It's created in Dreamweaver CS3 using the most basic of methods. (<P>, <br> and tables)

I want my site to look this the image below.

I do know how to create a pattern background ("A") and how to put it in but what I don't know is how to keep the body part white ("B") and how to get "C"
