    Background color requires refresh

    Hey all -

    http://pshops.lichproject.org/

My <body>'s background color often does not render during the first visit of a session. This gives the unintended effect that the footer is a strip of black with white below, as opposed to black which extends to the bottom of the browser. If I refresh the page or inspect the css via Firebug or Chrome then the problem is rectified. The problem of course is that neither of these things is expected user behavior, so they'll probably always see the page malformed.

    Any ideas?

It worked forts time for me and you've done everything correctly so I don't see what else you can do. Have you tried emptying your browser cache and re-loading the page?
