Javascript/Css scrollbar

First of all Hi, I just joined the forum.

I am doing a website for the company i work for, just kind of an on-the-side job, and honestly up to this point I only knew how to use html, but now im learning a little Css, and things are going. I need to put a scroll bar on the website and I found the code for one that I like but im honestly lost in how to costumize it to the size and colors that I need. Is there any one that could help me with that?
