How to post URL's on to a web page dynamically?

Hi,

I am designing a web page (in .NET) where a user can post links (URL's) from any website onto my web page. Is this possible?

Do we need to develop separate logic for the different web pages that the respective URL's are being picked up from? But, then I won't be aware which web page the user is picking up the URL from. As, it will be happening dynamically and can be any website in the whole WWW.

Can you please guide me on this.

are you referring to comments? or posts? are the users just posting a link, like say, http://somewebsite.com like that?
