I think I have done a pretty good job but I still feel like I may need a professional to correct my work.

Have a look. Billing system is currently down for server change.

Hey,

It looks semi-professional.

You have a couple of problems.

1) The green background doesn't really go with the main site.
2) The site header should really have a logo
3) The green contact us is too green really
4) In the footer there is a 1px discrepency on the left (firefox)
5) Left align text and fiddle with the font-size / line spacing. I quite like 14px Arial with 19px line spacing.

Those are the immediate issues which I see.
