Real Estate Web Design Mock-up Sample - Please Review

This is a real-estate website ... I want to make it "clear", "simple", "effective" and "usable", so everything is right on the users tips...Once web loads, user sees all offers of the defalult chosen city.

Note: the table headers are not well defined, this is just a mock-up. The table basically would have columns that will help user to decide whether the estate is matching his interest. If yes, then he/she clicks title to look at description page.
