PDF Embedding?

I have a 10 page PDF that I want to put on my website (Designed on Freeway Pro 5.5) I don't want to just drop it in though, I want the user to be able to flip page by page through the document. Now I saw this tutorial:

however, I can't really follow it too well (I don't read/write HTML). Im assuming I would just insert the HTML code they gave me by using the Insert ---> "Markup Item" in Freeway? But when choosing the document to display (src="FullScreenEmbed.pdf") does the document have to be hosted on my website? If so, where?
