Hi there

We have a website that is hosted with a company that also do all the support for it, but everytime we have a problem with the site it costs us £150 and it takes months for anything to get done. So I am after taking full control off the website but say they will not give me FTP access as "one of the conditions of PCI DSS compliance is that the server has no FTP access" which I find odd. We don't take card payments on the site everything is done via sagepay. When a customer goes to checkout they are taken to a sagepay portal and it is all done on sagepay.

A little advise would be great.

Are you the only site on the server? It might be shared and they have other customers who take card payments.
