Anyways, back to what I need done..

About 6-7 months back I had a background and toolbar created for my website I am making. It is a vector background and toolbar. I am looking for someone who can make me a layout that goes along with the theme of my background and toolbar. I tried to make one myself but it just doesn't look right. I am also looking for someone who can code my layout for me, if possible. Please PM me some examples of your previous work and how much you charge.

I am willing to pay via Paypal. Here are the two backgrounds and toolbar:

The site will have two backgrounds (day and night) and will automatically change after a certain time. For example, background 1 (Day background) will show from 6 AM- 5:59 PM and then the night background will show from 6:00 PM - 5:59 AM.

If the toolbar and/background need to be changed to fit the layout, that's totally understandable. I do own the rights to both backgrounds and toolbar as they were custom made for me for my website.

I thought I might add that I am only a college student who is creating this website for fun and no profit or revenue will be made off this website.
