Property Letting Website - Few questions and maybe work available

Hi Guys,

I've taken on a job for a friend to design their Property Letting website, at this stage I've told him the design side is no problem but I'd have to look into the back end stuff as to whether I can actually do this.

Basically its going to need a property search, and also staff will need to be able to upload property to the site. The main page will also need to feature "property of the week". All the other pages and areas of the site are not a problem its just the property upload and displaying that I have a query for.

Are there any property scripts out there that I can customise for what I need above? or would it be a case of needing to do something from scratch? If it is from scratch, is there anybody here that can help out with this and I can possibly learn along the way, obviously for a price.
