Hosting Wordpress On Windows 2008 Enterprise

I currently run multiple Wordpress and vBulletin sites using Centos. I would like to try something new on a few of my smaller websites. What are the additional cost to have IIS7, microsoft URL Rewrite Module & whatever else is needed to have clean URLs in vBulletin & Wordpress?

    Thanks

If you have a dedicated server then the extra cost would just be the licensing of Windows but Wordpress is much more suited to Linux even if you can get the permalinks running on windows simply because PHP is native to Linux and MySql doesn't run very efficiently under Windows at all either. The price difference on shared hosting is minimal.
