about Personal Privacy of a webste

When I visit a social network (built in NING), I see a blacklist of that website.
In blacklist, it include member's name and email. And he also written reasons why that people in blacklist.

Example-

1.David ( someone@gmail.com )
I added him to blacklist because he is.......
2. Steven (someone2@gmail.com)
I added him to blacklist because he is.....

I think that this is breaking personal privacy of members.

yes there should be personal privacy of a person,s hand...
he should do secure every thing that he feels a private thing
