Flash Images/words show up blurry

Hello-

I am rather new to Flash and was wondering if someone might have some guidance for me.

I created a flash slideshow. The images in the slideshow I updated via photoshop. I included text on the images in Helvetica. When I view a jpeg used for the slideshow on a new Dell laptop the text comes up crisp and clean. When I view the flash slideshow on the same computer the text shows up like it is over pixelated. I have tried various versions of pixel setting, text types and none seem to solve the issue. The same slideshow shown on an hp laptop via firefox and Internet explorer have no issues, as well when displayed on firefox, ie on a desktop dell. Not sure what to do at this point, the boss want this solved
