I installed the newest version of Photoshop but didn't find slice tool there.

The tool is automatically install when you install Photoshop. I think your this new version is not properly installed so try to re-install it. i hope Slicing tool is shown. I am also use Photoshop for designing logo and vector designs. You can find from here.

If you hold down the "Crop" tool it will display other "Sub-Tools" where you will find the slice tool.
If ever in doubt about a threads purpose report it and let webdev mods or admins be the judge. If we don't know we can't help.

Select the slice tool in the toolbox.
Click and drag over the area you wish to make into a slice.
Release the mouse button - Photoshop automatically creates the necessary number of slices, with the active slice highlighted.
Using the slice select tool, you can move and resize slices by dragging inside a slice, or by dragging the handles.
